ECW Original Being Sued, RVD's Last Date & More

- A lawsuit has been filed by a WWE fan against ECW original Sandman. The suit alleges that Sandman committed assault and battery on her during his entrance at a ECW on Sci-Fi taping last August.

- One Night Stand is set to be Rob Van Dam's last appearance in WWE. He is likely to take time off, he is not in talks with TNA and is rumored to be back on WWE TV in the future as he is leaving WWE on good terms.

- As it stands now the main event for One Night Stand will be Vince McMahon vs. Bobby Lashley.

That's good to see RVD leaving on good terms, (althought I think the concussion angle is really old now). At least he isn't burning any bridges with WWE in case he ever wants to come back.

this would have never happened to sandman in the old ecw fans expected it back then
