A maths teacher is suing a group of pupils after they made a film of an evil teddy bear trying to kill him.

Daniel Clevenger has issued a lawsuit against the four boys, all aged 16, who made 'The Teddy Bear Master'.

In the film, a group of toys harass a teacher named Mr Clevenger during class.

The toys' leader, dubbed The Teddy Bear Master, orders a class of toys to kill him for embarrassing him.

A group of students fight back and try to save their teacher - but Mr Clevenger and his wife Christine come to a sticky end in the 78-minute film.

The teacher is suing the four Knightstown Intermediate School children who have been named as Isaac Imel, Harrison Null, Charlie Ours and Cody Overbay and their parents. He is seeking unspecified punitive damages.

The teacher from Indianapolis says the boys knew using his name in the film would "provoke a reasonably foreseeable emotional disturbance or trauma".

His wife Christine said of the film: "The only thing I can say is they have wronged my husband.

"He's a very good person, he is a wonderful teacher, he's a wonderful father and he's a wonderful husband".

The lawsuit was filed on May 16 and is the second round in legal moves surrounding the film.

Two months ago, school officials settled a £35,000 lawsuit after three of the pupils sued after they were expelled for making the film.

It doesn't make sense why he was so upset, unless the kids really have something against him...
