The Allentown Morning Call featured an article today on former WWF champion Mick Foley's charitable appearance in Easton, PA at this link. The appearance drew over 200 fans paying for signed photos and autographs to raise money for the Daniel Henry Ostertag Living Memorial Scholarship Fund at Easton Area High School. Foley met Ostertag, who had intractable epilepsy and passed away in 2005 during a charity event in Florida. He told Ostertag's mother Rosemary that if there was ever anything he could do for the family to ask and she later asked for help in raising money for the Fund. Jared Cheeseman sent word that one of the WWE Madison Square Classics episodes this Wednesday on the MSG Network will be from May 1980, which was an event headlined by WWF champion Bob Backlund vs. Ken Patera in a Texas Death Match.
