Ms Lohan's next film is called Poor Things
Actress Lindsay Lohan has had fingerprints and photographs taken at a police station in connection with her arrest on suspicion of drink driving.
Ms Lohan, 21, was arrested on 26 May after her car mounted a kerb and hit a shrub on Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles.
Officer Brian Ballieweg of the Beverly Hills Police Department said Ms Lohan was over the legal drink driving limit at the time of the crash.
Ms Lohan's court date has been scheduled for 24 August.
Officer Ballieweg said Ms Lohan was also under arrest on suspicion of a hit-and-run offence.
Emergency call
Police said Ms Lohan got into a second car after the crash and was driven to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Two other people who had been in the first car with the actress were unhurt.
Officers received an emergency call about the accident and traced her to the hospital in nearby Century City.
Ms Lohan recently left a rehabilitation clinic after a stay of more than six weeks. She also spent a month in a rehabilitation centre in January.
Producers of her forthcoming film Poor Things re-worked the schedule so she could film her role after completing rehab.
She was due to begin work at the end of May, but co-star and producer Shirley MacLaine said they wanted to re-arrange filming "in the spirit of helping" the actress.
