Honestly, it depends on what types of games you like:

First Person Shooter Game, go with the 360 [Halo 3, Gears of War]

Action/Adventure/Variety Games, go with the PS3 [Ratchet and Clank, Metal Gear Solid, Killzone]

Sport/Classic Games, go with the Wii [Zelda, Wii Sports]

Personally, I like the PS3, but every system has their good sides
