Whether you like it or not, Santino isn't too bad. He is able to pull off the heel gimmick nicely. Besides, Sandman looked like he had an ankle injury the past couple of weeks at least, and I'm sure WWE didn't want to keep a guy like that on the roster just for injury.

yeah, Sandman looks like he is 90 anyways. I like the guy, but he was going nowhere...and he is hurt.

I wonder why this happened. They seemed to be using Sandman all the time on RAW.

 They released Sandman?!?! It sucks to see him go, and it seems so odd when he was on RAW nearly every week....

This pisses me off! WWE cans another "Solid Citizen" with a following.

This move pisses me off! Sandman was a true Professional and "Solid Citizen"!

I was hoping he was going to stay around, was just starting to get into him on RAW. But I guess it was enviatble that he was going to be released as soon as he was DRafted too RAW, wish hime good luck for the future and it's a shame Vince didn't keep him around.

It sucks that they released him but truthfully he really wasn't doing much as of late. The worst move was putting him on Raw that was kind of dumb.

As of late? What has he done in the last decade or so?

Uhhh...thanks but no thanks. TNA has enough former WWE guys for the time being. He needs to work as a prison guard or something, but please stay as far away from TNA as possible.

He has a bigger fan following then most of the wrestlers in the WWE and TNA. So I would have to say he has done ah lot more then u think.

Figured it was coming sooner or later.

Nooooooooooooooooooo Corey, I'm not talking about living on past glory. I think the guy is alot more popular than most people give him credit for. Hell, he soaked me in beer at two house shows last year and everyone, myself included, was marking out more for him than practically anyone else all night. The question though is what has he done thats anywhere near important since ECW folded?

U do have a point He hasn't really done anything lately except Caine people. I think his best time was in old ECW also and he will never gain that again. He will be a good draw for Indy shows if and when he does that.
