Booker T Running WCW Halloween Havoc PPV?

Booker T's next PWA show is entitled Halloween Havoc (Headlined by TNA 's Black Machismo). Now as far as we know WWE owns the trademark to this name as it's an old WCW event.

There are several possibilities. Booker T came up with the name in WCW and somehow owns the rights (probably the least likely), WWE have given him permission to use the name or he's using it deliberately to annoy WWE or create internet hype. I don't believe Booker T is dumb enough to just pull it out the hat and not realize.

We'll just have to wait and see what happens and of course Booker's status with WWE is still questionable.

i think i t's starting to make sence now. he used King booker so he can use the name "Booker T" out of the WWE. <.< i could be wrong though

^ no they gave him that name and they probably dont own the rights to his name so its all good. I think he did it ot piss em off
