- WWE have halted work on the "Mr Perfect" DVD in light of the recent attention on wrestling deaths. Curt Hennig died of a supposed cocaine overdose and WWE don't want to draw attention to this by releasing a DVD.
- Bret Hart stated on the Wrestling Observer Live radio show Sunday night that Vince McMahon approached him over the summer about doing a following up to his original DVD release. Hart wished there were several other matches on the DVD that didn't make it and could be used on a second one.
