Carlito Gives Notice? Title Change, Congress, More

- WWE developmental talent KC James defeated Colt Cabana at Wednesday night's OVW TV tapings to win the OVW TV Title. Also in action at the tapings were Matt Sydal, Katie Lea, Vladimir Kozlov and Paul Burchill among others.

- There is backstage talk within WWE that Carlito gave his notice to the company last week sometime. Reports say Carlito and WWE management aren't seeing eye to eye and the RAW superstar has been disappointed with the past year in general. It's believed he will continue to work dates in the coming weeks before he is done with the company.

- Illinois congressman Rep. Bobby Rush of the House Energy and Commerce subcommittee said he plans to convene the hearing no the use of performance-enhancing drugs in baseball and other sports when Congress returns from its winter recess early in 2008. Professional wrestling is one of those "other sports" that are expected to be looked into.

if carlito gave noitce he's a moron. it's not like he's gonna go anywhere else and be any better. bottom line is that if what they say is true about him, he's a half-asser who has yet to take his game to the next level.
