iMPACT! Destroys ECW in the Ratings War

The ratings are in from last night and TNA Impact soundly defeated ECW in the head-to-head ratings battle.

Last night's TNA iMPACT! drew a 1.1 cable rating. On a different timeslot, ECW garnered a 0.6 cable rating -- a record low for the program.

UFC's "The Ultimate Fighter" that aired at 11 p.m. after Impact did a 0.5 rating.

two hours versus one hour no contest reallylol, what do the length of the shows have to do with anything? 1.1 and 0.6 are not accumulated ratings, they are averages.

do you prefer raw to impact? as for the title of this thread, i dub it "lame". I can easily say Raw's ratings annihilate x 100 impact's rating but do i say it? no, because you cant compare 2 different things. You cannot compare water and a car. Impact is a one show. While ecw is one of 3 shows. If you compare ecw to impact, why dont you just compare raw and smackdown to impact?

if you raw and impact are the same, then wow, you need some to schedule some eye dr appointments :P Have you ever wondered why tna and wwe ppvs dont happen on the same nights? Because wwe would slaughter tna. Mind you, ecw's roster sucks compared to tna's roster. Plus, nobody watches ecw anymore due to the fact rvd, sabu, sandman etc are all gone. That was the only reason anyone watched ecw. granted impact has higher ratings during this "war" or whatever you wanna call it but impact did not "destroy" or anything you wanna call it.. ecw or wwe. I suppose anything thats anything is overexaggerated when it comes to tna.. for example, when tna "shattered" their own ratings record from 1.0-1.1 .. yeah, i call that shattering their old record.. /sarcasm. from 1.0-2.0 is a shattering record. not .1.. .1 might have even been a technicality or a fault somewhere. and yet every tna fan calls it a shattering of the old record. :\

Impact is a one show. While ecw is one of 3 shows.
So, in essence, you're still comparing one show to one show. Where's the problem?
