SIR PAUL McCARTNEY will have custody of his four-year-old daughter on Christmas day, amid the turmoil of his divorce with estranged wife HEATHER MILLS.
The former Beatle is said to have banned Mills, 43, from seeing Beatrice during the four days she will spend with him - after the former model proposed that the three of them spend the holiday together at his home in East Sussex.
An insider tells the News Of The World, "Paul's thrilled he's got Bea on Christmas Day. He's keeping Heather away as he fears she'll make a scene. And he's adamant that there'll be no bust-ups for their daughter's sake."
Mills and McCartney have been separated since May 2006 and are currently embroiled in a GBP100 million divorce battle.
