- Apparently it was Vince McMahon's decision to repackage The Major Brothers. As the story goes, Vince actually learned a few weeks back that the two weren't actually related to each other and after learning they were life-long friends and not brothers, he felt fans wouldn't accept a gimmick with fake siblings. Vince pushed the creative team to develop a new direction and new names for the two, which led them to being put with Edge.
Both of their individual personalities should come out in the next few weeks.
- The Maryland State Athletic Commission contacted WWE last week to make sure none of the WWE talents who have been suspended in the past for violating the Wellness Policy would be performing at last weekend's SmackDown/ECW live event in Baltimore, MD.
Two superstars who have been recently suspended wrestled on the card anyway, as Chavo Guerrero and John Morrison were in action.
