- WWE's 2007 Survivor Series pay-per-view looks to have done around 340,000 buys. In comparison, the 2006 Survivor Series did about 383,000 pay-per-view buys.
- Ashley Massaro made another appearance at the RAW show in Poughkeepsie yesterday, speaking to the crowd. New WWE superstar Atlas DaBone was also in action on the show, defeating Santino Marella. Ashley held the ropes for Atlas after his win, jumped into his arms and they left the ringside area together holding hands. It appears Ashley will indeed now be on the RAW roster with Atlas.
- Also at the Poughkeepsie show, Hardcore Holly defeated Trevor Murdoch in a Royal Rumble qualifying match.
- The new American Gladiators debuts tonight on NBC with Hulk Hogan and Leila Ali hosting. NBC pushed the show hard yesterday during the NFL playoffs, so if the show bombs in the ratings it won't be from lack of promotion.
- It appears WWE will hold two pay-per-views in Baltimore, MD this year as the Backlash event will be held at the 1st Mariner Arena as well as the 12/21/08 Armageddon pay-per-view.
