-- According to former WWE star Damian Demento in his most recent video posts on YouTube, he is being pressured by WWE (by way of messenger Howard Finkel, who personally called him) to shut down his account. They want him to shut down the account because they own the 'Demento' name and he's using it on YouTube. Also, when he puts up his videos, WWE believes that people might think that the videos are somehow associated with WWE. You can view 'WWE WANTS TO CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT ' at this link (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YHyWabKST7Y). He has since posted two more videos regarding this situation; 'I'M GOING TO FIGHT THE WWE' and 'CURSE YOU, MCMAHON'.

-- This Wednesday, CBC in Canada will be taking a look at the Chris Benoit tragedy on the show the fifth state. Click here for more information on this program.

-- Michelle McCool has posted her latest question and answer blog on WWE's official website at this link.

-- Candice Michelle's WWE-hyped GoDaddy.com Super Bowl commercial was apparently axed. The only GoDaddy.com commercial to air during the Super Bowl tonight was one on IndyCar racer Danica Patrick.

lol, has WWE ever been on a wrestling forum? There are literally millions of versions of Undertaker, RKO, or Austin usernames. No one is stupid enough to assume that the people behind them are actually associated with WWE.

Yeah, but none of them worked for Vince either. Demento did though, and that's the difference.

Yeah, but none of them worked for Vince either. Demento did though, and that's the difference....yeah, I'm aware he did worked for WWE. I already read the info that was posted :hmm:

I'm saying no one is stupid enough (well, maybe "no one" is a little to trusting of common stupidity. I'll say most people wouldn't be stupid enough) to believe that that username has anything to do with WWE. As stated above, the only reason WWE thinks they can tell him what to do is because they own the name---that's it. Even though it is the actual wrestler behind the account, the fact that it could have been literally anyone using that name on Youtube proves how stupid a request this is by WWE.
