Source - Wrestling Observer Newsletter

- Ever since David Lagana was fired as ECW head writer, Ed Koskey has been handling all the writing with Dusty Rhodes as the idea man. ECW will continue to become part of the SmackDown soap opera, thus Michael Hayes will be the person deciding the main direction for both shows.

- Michael Buffer (who showed up at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view) had a terrible reputation in WCW and apparently his rep followed him with his WWE debut. Jim Ross said on his official website that he didn’t talk to him but Jerry Lawler tried to and Lawler had the same reaction everyone in WCW had toward him.

- Ron Killings was told to keep his independent bookings through the end of March, so he will be working a lot of dates with AAA pro wrestling.

i remembered his name. i just couldn't remember what he looked like. i thought he was one of the guys along with Bobby Heenan and that other guy. i had to think about it for awhile to remember he did the intro for the main events.
