WWE must be happy to hear that ESPN.com has finally run a story on Floyd Mayweather's upcoming WrestleMania 24 match, albeit a negative one. The story notes that Mayweather will likely make closer to $1 million rather than the $20 million that he, his trainer and Shane McMahon have claimed.

The story is highly critical of Floyd's decision to step into the ring, citing Muhammed Ali's 1979 match against Antonio Inoki in Japan which sent Ali to the hospital with blood clots in his legs from Inoki's kicks.

"The week Mayweather made his debut in WWE, McMahon was on the same program spanking a dwarf with a belt," writes Don Stradley of ESPN. You can check out the article for yourself here ( http://sports.espn.go.com/sports/boxing/news/story?id=3273465)
