Bay News 9 in Florida reported this afternoon that Nick Hogan's attorney successfully argued against Hogan's driver's license being suspended in DMV court because authorities used an outdated blood draw form at the time and had no right to even draw blood from Hogan to begin with. Bollea's attorney, Kevin Hayslett argued that while police claimed that Hogan had bloodshot eyes, enlarged photos taken by the police showed no such evidence, thus there was no cause for the blood tests to be run. Hayslett also argued that it was several months before the "bloodshot eyes" reasoning was disclosed in any report. The form used by police last August was outdated seven years ago. While he can technically do so, Nick is not seeking to have his license reinstated at this time. He's currently doing community service, according to the report. Thanks to everyone who sent that along.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a product advisory on the "Hulk Hogan Grill" today. This was the product that was sold last year via QVC and featured on the Hogan family's VH-1 reality series during one episode a few seasons back. There have been, to date, five reported injuries from cooking sprays and oils igniting when applied before or during use of the grill. If anyone wants to check their own item, the Model number is PZ-3012. The instructions for the item have been revised, warning users not to use oils or sprays. Consumers should contact QVC or Tristar, Inc. (which produced the grill) for further information.

That's what Hulk gets for putting his name on an inferior product! I've had a George Foreman grill for 3 years now and not once has it caught on fire...and it knocks out the fat! :)
