The workers from all three brands are scheduled to be at Raw tonight. Given that this is a pretty important show, that makes perfect sense.
In an item that may or may not be related to that, as we mentioned months ago the plan since last summer has been to do the annual draft on the April 28th edition of Raw. With them having a three hour date scheduled on April 21, it's possible that will change. It wouldn't be surprising to see them lay the seeds for the draft tonight.
