TOO LOUD: Moby faces eviction after his New York neighbours made noise complaints.
Musician Moby could be evicted from his Los Angeles house for making "excessive noise".
The Go singer, who bought a $3 million house in the Hollywood Hills district in January with close friend and fashion designer Stacey Bendet, has been warned by neighbours not to go ahead with plans to convert his garage into a recording studio.
One neighbour said: "Moby is turning the garage into his studio and the neighbours are all up in arms. He should be careful though."
Pop superstar Prince suffered the same fate when he made too much noise while living in the area.
The neighbour added to the New York Post newspaper: "We just kicked Prince off the street for making excessive noise."
Moby is known for his peace-loving views and is a committed vegan. He regularly speaks out about animal rights issues.
His latest album, Last Night, was released in New Zealand this week.
