The show opened with Lilian introducing William Regal. He got a ton of heat. He seemed to love it. He told us the night's matches.
In the opener, Paul Burchill, with Katie Lea, beat Val Venis.
CM Punk beat Santino Marella.
Carlito beat Brian Kendrick in another short match.
Snitsky squashed DH Smith in a really short match. Up until now, other than Punk's match everything was short.
Hardcore Holly and Cody Rhodes kept the tag titles by beating Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch. This was solid. From here, everything picked up.
Beth Phoenix beat Mickie James in a really good match.
Kane beat Chavo Guerrero in another good match.
Chris Jericho and Triple H beat Randy Orton and Umaga in a strong main event.
