Santino Marella may be getting a bodyguard. Derby City Wrestling wrestler Al Barone is getting some tryout matches during WWE's tour of Canada next month. Marella wants Barone to be his bodyguard in WWE.
Shane McMahon will be heading over to Mexico when WWE tours there next month. He wants to get a feel for the economy and see how business does overall. There was talk last year of opening up various WWE territories around the world, but those talks have since died down. However, WWE still has interest in doing something in Mexico.
In an interview with Live Audio Wrestling last week, Trish Stratus said that the only way her and Lita would agree to appear at the Raw 15th anniversary show was as long as they did something fun and not be humiliated. Trish said if WWE tried to pull a fast one on them, they were out of there, but that didn't happen and all was well.
Devin Cutting sent in the following... WWE returns to the Amway Arena in Orlando, Florida on Tuesday, November 4th, 2008. This will be the first WWE event in Orlando since WrestleMania 24 weekend & Ric Flair's farewell edition of Monday Night Raw. No word yet on if TNA plans to hold a TV taping that night.
