-- The Great Khali has been battling ongoing problems in his knees and has been struggling to get around recently, reports prowrestling.NET. Some of his colleagues believe that he needs surgery on both knees. Khali previously underwent knee surgeries back in late 2006, which put him out of action for about three months. Khali is scheduled to make a trip back home to India, so it could not have come at a better time.
-- Adam Firestorm of Victoria, BC wrote in the following regarding another racial incident involving Michael Hayes before a WWF pay-per-view in July 1996: "I'm actually not surpised. Remember the awful In Your House PPV "International Incident?" It was held in Vancouver, BC, and Hayes was at the height (if there was one) of his Dok Hendrix phase. They did a slew of media for the show, and on the evening before the event, he was at one of the more popular Vancouver night spots doing his thing. One of the first things he did was drop a few off-color, racially-charged slurs to one of the regulars (who could have torn him apart, but instead brushed it off)."
-- Former WWE Diva Chyna was in attendance at Antonio Inoki's IGF wrestling show at the Osaka Furitsu Gym in Osaka, Japan on Saturday, April 12, reports the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. Chyna was simply there as Inoki's guest and wasn't involved with the show. WWE flop Sylvester Terkay wrestled on the show, losing to Josh Barnett via ankle lock. The show also featured a match between two former SmackDown stars. Rikishi pinned Orlando Jordan at the show.
