Jonathan Coachman was not in attendance at last night's Backlash PPV.
World Wrestling Entertainment released developmental talent Michael Thompson today. Thompson was said to have been another recruit with a football background. Ty Bailey had recruited several former football players in recent months. According to those I spoke to, Thompson wasn't picking up on the nuances of pro wrestling, so the company opted to cut their losses. He had been training down at Florida Championship Wrestling.
Former TNA stars Ron Killings and Chris Harris, who have no debuted on television yet, were backstage at the PPV and will be at this week's television tapings, likely doing dark matches. Thanks to Yuriy Guzman for sending that along.
