In trademark news, Warner Bros. is opposing WWE's registration of the "Tazz" trademark, feeling it might cause confusion with their "Taz" trademark. Warner Bros. has filed a Notice of Opposition.

Obviously, they feel like the extra "z" isn't enough. It's still obviously pronounced the same, and it gets misspelled pretty often, so yeah, I definitely see the possibility of confusion.

Trust me, when your dealing with a company as big as Warner Bros., even the smallest details are very important, and though you may not realize it, there could be millions of dollars of revenue at stake in this decision.
