The writing team knew in mid-December that John Cena was going to return at the Royal Rumble.
Not only did WWE creative have to re-write Raw last week, they also had to re-write Smackdown.
The general feeling is that Michael Hayes will to return to work when his 60-day suspension ends.
Monday night's edition of WWE Raw scored a 3.2 cable rating, down from last week's 3.3 rating. The show did hours of 3.07 and 3.32, with the overrun scoring a 3.66.
