Here are the quarter hours for the 6/2 edition of Raw. As reported yesterday, the show did a 3.1 cable rating. The show did hours of 2.99 and 3.13.

9:00 - 3.02
9:15 - 2.88
9:30 - 3.13
9:45 - 2.94
10:00 - 3.08
10:15 - 3.13
10:30 - 2.97
10:45 - 3.23
Overrun - 3.57
Notes: No holiday. No basketball. And the numbers hardly rise. The conclusion from my end is a million bucks doesn't buy what it used to.
