According to sources within WWE, John Cena and Mickie James are actually a real life couple and have been going out for a few months now. The two were happy keeping their relationship low key, but Vince decided to do a storyline involving the two when he found out. WWE aren’t usually fond of wrestler to wrestler relationships, often forcing them to switch brands, but John Cena is one of the top stars after all.

Although we don’t like to pry, John Cena broke up with his finance Liz several months back now.
