A few readers sent word that Raw went from a TV-14 rating to TV-PG this week. That means that the show goes from a "Parents Strongly Cautioned" rating to a more kid friendly "Parental Guidance Suggested". I guess we keep getting farther and farther away from the "WWE doesn't market to kids" statements of a few years ago.
Kenny sent word that WWE is advertising an Edge vs. Rey Mysterio match for the July 15th Smackdown taping in Charlotte.
Rey is being advertised a lot by WWE so his return is imminent.
Eric Lauzin sent word that Bill Goldberg was on Jorge Sedano's show on Tuesday to hype Elite XC on Showtime. When he was asked about a wrestling return he said, "For the right place and for the right reason". To me, that sounds like there not much chance of it happening.
The 6/6 edition of Smackdown did a 2.4 broadcast rating.
