UTAH FANS TO SEE HOW GOOD SHAWN MICHAELS REALLY IS, 3RD ANNUAL BRISBANE CUP NEXT WEEK AND MORE WWE NOTES
While the combined Smackdown/ECW crew continues their grueling run Down Under, Raw has a much lighter schedule with a pair of house shows before this Monday's Raw broadcast.
The Raw crew starts off their run tomorrow night, June 14th, at the Taco Bell Arena in Boise, Idaho. John Cena vs. Umaga is the advertised main event with Shawn Michaels, Jeff Hardy, Snitsky, Santino Marella, Cryme Tyme, Hardcore Holly, Cody Rhodes, Mickie James and Beth Phoenix listed as appearing.
The Raw crew then moves on to the Golden Spike Event Center Arena in Ogden, Utah on Sunday, June 15th for a 5pm show featuring the following advertised lineup:
- John Cena vs. Umaga.
- Shawn Michaels vs. Snitsky. Is this a test to see if Michaels really can have a good match with anyone?
- World Tag Team Champions Hardcore Holly & Cody Rhodes vs. Paul London & Brian Kendrick vs. Cryme Tyme.
- Women's Champion Mickie James vs. Beth Phoenix.
- Jeff Hardy vs. Lance Cade.
- Super Crazy vs. Santino Marella.
- Hacksaw Duggan vs. Ted DiBiase Jr.
- Trevor Murdoch vs. Charlie Haas.
- Maria will appear as well.
Monday Night Raw, featuring Vince McMahon's next Million Dollar Giveaway, takes place on June 16th at The E-Center of West Valley City in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is the show that kept getting moved around the schedule, and tickets that were purchased for when this show was going to be a non-televised event on June 14th will have their tickets honored for the Raw broadcast on the 16th.
The Smackdown/ECW crew continues their overseas tour through the weekend, with shows in Australia on June 13th at the Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne, the Adelaide Entertainment Centre in Adelaide on June 14th, the Acer Arena in Sydney on June 15th, the Newcastle Entertainment Centre in Newcastle on June 16th, and the tour finally ends on June 17th at the Brisbane Entertainment Center in Brisbane. Here are the announced matches for the shows:
