- WWE’s name has been brought back on to the US Government’s radar as Libertarian party nominee Bob Barr, stated that WWE’s Wellness Policy is an example of how drugs can be tested for independently of Government intervention. He commended “the WWE for how they dealt with steroid abuse problems,” continuing “In the wake of that tragedy (Benoit’s), the WWE did a better job of cleaning up its internal drug policy than the government would have done.”
- Speaking of drugs, Chris Bell’s “Bigger, Stronger, Faster” steroid documentary raked in a good $31,576 in ticket sales during its opening weekend. It opened in six theaters.
