- One of the original plans for CM Punk was to turn him heel and having him cash in the money in the bank against a face champion later this year. For whatever reason Vince set the ball rolling earlier and scrapped his heel turn.
- Vickie Guerrero on the other hand was initially going to be turned face but management felt the crowd would never buy it, so she has been kept a relative heel, despite bringing back Undertaker.
