Kennedy Injury Update

- To follow-up on a story that we broke yesterday here at Wrestling News World, Kennedy popped his right shoulder out of place during a match with Shelton Benjamin at the SmackDown/ECW house show in Macon, Georgia on Monday night. While we still do not have specifics on the injury, he was not used at last night's SmackDown/ECW tapings so no match was announced for him at SummerSlam. Kennedy was rumored to face Shelton Benjamin at the pay-per-view but with this new injury it is unknown if the match will be announced.

Kennedy can't catch a break. Either he's geeting shafted by the company (moving him to smackdown), or he's just at the wrong place at the wrong time (starting a huge feud w/ Regal only to have Regal go on suspension), or he's getting injured.

Does he ever not injure himself? He got injured every time he was going for a push or it was messed up somehow... and now he wasn't even doing anything and he gets injured, he needs to sort himself out before coming back...

He's been injury free since he won money in the bank. And as for "sorting himself out" it's not like he can sit himself down and quit his addiction to injuring himself. :punish:

Not true. He had the minor injury after winning money in the bank that they thought was worse than it actually was. That's why he ended up losing the MITB to Edge when Undertaker got injured, instead of Kennedy being the one to cash it in. Then he disappeared for a while until he got drafted to raw, and a month or so later officially came back...


Figures though. Now that he got a win over the United States Champion, with a match coming up at Summerslam, he's out again. Sucks.
