Well, ever since his fued with James Storm back in TNA, Harris has been in a downward spiral...
He should have stayed with Tna...

It's his own fault. You have to make yourself on ECW. I mean, compare Matt Sydal and Chris Harris. Harris had two matches on ECW, both he came off as a generic, boring wrestler, didn't get any crowd involvement, was out of shape, and basically did nothing to earn himself any fans. If he wasn't in TNA before those two matches, then no one would have understood why he was even getting a push on TV.
Matt Sydal on the other hand was originally called up to be a jobber, and with his 30 seconds of allowed offense got the entire crowd on their feet. So, he got a second chance the next week, and continued to be impressive, convincing management to let him use unique moves and winning over fans.
You make your own luck when you are starting out. Granted, you could also wind up like Ricky Ortiz, who is doing better than Harris, but not as good as Sydal.
