- A new article on TampaBayOnline.com notes that all WWE developmental talents are under contract and are paid between $500 and $1,000 a week to work out and train at the facilities in Tampa. FCW’s Steve Keirn mentioned that the talents are randomly tested for steroids and other drugs and noted that about 75% of the talents will make it to the main roster. Keirn also insists the talents abide by a strict code of conduct, do their best not to be late and they are fined for cursing in the ring.
