The big news today was in the official card announcement of the big 75th anniversary show at Arena Mexico that Sean Waltman would be making his debut on the show and getting a big match against Rey Bucanero for the CMLL Lt. Heavyweight Title.
Blue Panther said today that he is overjoyed that his mask match with Villano V will go on as planned on 9/19 at Arena Mexico on the 75th anniversary show and that he is going through extensive mental & physical preparation to get ready for this match. BP said that he will battle a war with nerves because this is a huge match for his career but he will be ready for war on 9/19.
Head Hunter I told Box y Lucha over the weekend that he has left AAA because he thinks that he wasn’t being used correctly but that he is leaving on good terms because he has no real ill will towards them as they gave him work for over 6 years but it is time to look for greener pastures. HH I said that he is now an independent contractor and that he would succeed in whatever he does as he already has dates booked and that he is in talks with IWRG about competing in Arena Naucalpan. HH I also hopes to return to EMLL soon as well.
Incognito stated on Monday that he is very upset that he can’t use his Mystico moniker that he created while working in Ciudad Juarez a few years ago because if EMLL’s monopoly over the name. Incognito said that EMLL Director Panico is the main man responsible for this debacle because he had met with them before they brought in their Mistico and presented his overall package for him to gain employment but he decided to give the gimmick to another guy instead after he returned home to Juarez. Incognito said that they stole his whole background in the church then added the fact that Mistico was an orphan to give the gimmick more drama for the public and they should be ashamed of themselves. Incognito then said that after Mistico was created he tried to get in touch with Panico but he didn’t return any call and denied ever-even meeting with him. Incognito then thanked Blue Demon Jr. and NWA Mexico for giving him the change to show his wares in Mexico City and that he hopes that EMLL would eventually give him the chance to face Mistico to see who is the real deal because he knows that there are fans that hate Mistico because he is part of this rouse and that the debate should be put to rest.
Mictlan stated on Monday that is starting to regain confidence in himself after losing his mask to Dragon Rojo last Friday at Arena Mexico and that he thinks that he can become a big star after losing his mask pointing to Shocker as a guideline that he is using to motivate him. Mictlan said that it hurt him severely to lose his mask but this now presents a new opportunity for him to succeed and that he must now achieve success as himself. Mictlan said that with the fans support and lots of work in the gym to go with his desire, he would be successful but it won’t be easy so he is ready for the longhaul. Mictlan closed by saying that he isn’t through with Dragon Rojo yet and that he would be more than willing to put his hair on the line to get a shot at his mask.
Mr. Niebla said today that La Peste Negra is on the verge of recruiting new members with Felino being the latest member of the faction and that to gain entry you have to be ready to make an impact in every building that you work in whether you win or lose. Niebla said that he knows that there are fans of La Peste Negra and he thanks them for their support but everyone else will just have to sit back and watch their heroes get destroyed. Niebla then sent out a challenge to Dr. Wagner Jr. saying that he doesn’t need to hide and that he is very willing to wrestle him in a mascara contra
Scorpio Jr. has been recovering greatly over the last week and he owes it all to the support of his fans and friends as their visits brought him great joy. Scorp said that he misses wrestling and that he will begin rehabilitation this weekend so that he can leave the hospital sooner than later. Scorp said that when he does get out he plans on taking at least this month off before seeing how much progress he has made in his recovery and then would consult with his family before making any decision to return to the ring. Scorp said that it is tough being an independent contractor because he doesn’t have any benefits but he is doing fine health wise and that’s all that matters. Scorp then again thanked everyone who has prayed for him during this scare and that the media has been very gracious towards him in getting the word out about his condition.
UPDATE: According to Roberto (RFC) over at Lo Mejor de la Lucha, Scorpio Jr. has been released from the hospital and walked out on his own. Good to hear.

Head Hunter I told Box y Lucha over the weekend that he has left AAA because he thinks that he wasn’t being used correctly but that he is leaving on good terms because he has no real ill will towards them as they gave him work for over 6 years but it is time to look for greener pastures. HH I said that he is now an independent contractor and that he would succeed in whatever he does as he already has dates booked and that he is in talks with IWRG about competing in Arena Naucalpan. HH I also hopes to return to EMLL soon as well.
Incognito stated on Monday that he is very upset that he can’t use his Mystico moniker that he created while working in Ciudad Juarez a few years ago because if EMLL’s monopoly over the name. Incognito said that EMLL Director Panico is the main man responsible for this debacle because he had met with them before they brought in their Mistico and presented his overall package for him to gain employment but he decided to give the gimmick to another guy instead after he returned home to Juarez. Incognito said that they stole his whole background in the church then added the fact that Mistico was an orphan to give the gimmick more drama for the public and they should be ashamed of themselves. Incognito then said that after Mistico was created he tried to get in touch with Panico but he didn’t return any call and denied ever-even meeting with him. Incognito then thanked Blue Demon Jr. and NWA Mexico for giving him the change to show his wares in Mexico City and that he hopes that EMLL would eventually give him the chance to face Mistico to see who is the real deal because he knows that there are fans that hate Mistico because he is part of this rouse and that the debate should be put to rest.
Mictlan stated on Monday that is starting to regain confidence in himself after losing his mask to Dragon Rojo last Friday at Arena Mexico and that he thinks that he can become a big star after losing his mask pointing to Shocker as a guideline that he is using to motivate him. Mictlan said that it hurt him severely to lose his mask but this now presents a new opportunity for him to succeed and that he must now achieve success as himself. Mictlan said that with the fans support and lots of work in the gym to go with his desire, he would be successful but it won’t be easy so he is ready for the longhaul. Mictlan closed by saying that he isn’t through with Dragon Rojo yet and that he would be more than willing to put his hair on the line to get a shot at his mask.
Mr. Niebla said today that La Peste Negra is on the verge of recruiting new members with Felino being the latest member of the faction and that to gain entry you have to be ready to make an impact in every building that you work in whether you win or lose. Niebla said that he knows that there are fans of La Peste Negra and he thanks them for their support but everyone else will just have to sit back and watch their heroes get destroyed. Niebla then sent out a challenge to Dr. Wagner Jr. saying that he doesn’t need to hide and that he is very willing to wrestle him in a mascara contra
Scorpio Jr. has been recovering greatly over the last week and he owes it all to the support of his fans and friends as their visits brought him great joy. Scorp said that he misses wrestling and that he will begin rehabilitation this weekend so that he can leave the hospital sooner than later. Scorp said that when he does get out he plans on taking at least this month off before seeing how much progress he has made in his recovery and then would consult with his family before making any decision to return to the ring. Scorp said that it is tough being an independent contractor because he doesn’t have any benefits but he is doing fine health wise and that’s all that matters. Scorp then again thanked everyone who has prayed for him during this scare and that the media has been very gracious towards him in getting the word out about his condition.
UPDATE: According to Roberto (RFC) over at Lo Mejor de la Lucha, Scorpio Jr. has been released from the hospital and walked out on his own. Good to hear.
