According to an eyewitness, Jeff Hardy was removed from his flight back to North Carolina Wednesday morning shortly before 11:00 AM. He was traveling with Matt Hardy and Gregory Helms, but he was pulled off the plane flanked by several police officers.
"Hardy wasn't in handcuffs, but he was clearly being 'escorted', said an eyewitness. "They weren't touching him though, but they had him flanked. He was wearing the same clothes he left the building in Tuesday night. Once they got him off the plane they allowed him to use his phone, before leading him away."
We do not have any concrete evidence on what the issue is, but we will let you know as quickly as we find out more information. WWE has acknowledged the incident though with the following statement to the UK Sun:
"WWE has been informed of an alleged incident involving Jeff Hardy. We are currently investigating the situation and will take appropriate actions if needed.”
