It’s said that the WWE locker room is losing respect for Vince McMahon, mainly due to his bad booking decisions as of late. Before now, talent wouldn’t say much to each other about how bad it is but lately they have been talking openly among themselves that Vince is crazy and out of touch with the business. Vince’s main objective at the moment seems to be to yell at everyone and ridicule their performances, mainly the announcers. Vince will also sit in the gorilla position backstage and pick apart the matches and often cause the creative team to rewrite shows just hours before they go on the air or start taping.

Most feel that Vince isn’t easy to work for and changes directions on a whim. Some feel that he needs to step away from the business because he’s lost touch with what the fans want and what’s popular these days. The creative team has tried to tell Vince but he always turns down their ideas and if challenged in public, he ridicules them in front of anyone who’s around. After seeing so many people get cut down by Vince, a lot of people won’t speak up to him now.

Members of the creative team and the WWE talent feel that Vince should step away and let Triple H run the company, even the people that dislike Triple H and feel he has held them back. Those same people will admit that he is passionate about the business and is more in touch with what the fans want than Vince is.

FIRE VINCE! i do agree, the power can get to Vince's head which is bad for WWE, don't know bout HHH, maybe he too will misuse it, but HHH is a better choice than Vince

Make Steph, Shane and HHH His Personal Assistants.

I hate to say this, but Triple H should be next to run the company. But not before he retires or he'll have 35 title runs by the time he's done.

HHH or Shane would be a good choice to take over because Vince really has lost it.

McMahon makes crappy booking decisions but the thing with TripleH taking over would be that he would be Champion for the next 10 years and no young guys will get a push.

The power does go to Vince's head, causing alot of problems, and although HHH is more in touch with what the fans want, it could easily go to his head as well and no other wrestler would ever get the belt until HHH retired...
