Scott Levy (a/k/a Raven), Chris Klucsartis (a/k/a Kanyon), and Michael Sanders have filed papers opposing WWE's motion to dismiss their lawsuit questioning their independent contractor status while with the company.
The papers, filed Wednesday, make the same argument that was brought up in the actual lawsuit. The former wrestlers also bring up the 2001 case involving Nicole Bass as well as comments made by WWE lawyer Jeff McDevitt that he made to the UK Sun back in August.
WWE will have 10 days to respond to the papers filed.
