Not sure of anymore details other than what we posted last month, but there has been a definite crackdown on marijuana usage in the company and a lot of the talents are unhappy and complaining privately about it. The belief is the drug testing is serious but they talk like they think management knows many of the talents are drinking heavily and pain pill usage is high, but drinking is fine by the Wellness policy and pain pills are fine with prescriptions. The feeling is they've cracked down on marijuana which most people feel is okay and the heavy pot users who have been fined often and given an ultimatum are turning to drinking and/or pills.
