WWE DVD distributor Genius Products is in serious financial peril after being de-listed for the over the counter board after the company failed to release a third quarter fiscal report. Genius Products lost $11.7 million in the second quarter. This affects WWE as they had plans to start regularly releasing Blu-ray discs late last year, but with the financial problems Genius had, they weren't able to make the shift. While Blu-ray releases are still considered a niche market, WWE officials weren't happy with UFC beating them to the marketplace with them.
