Just because the Ultimate Warrior is in WWE's new Legends of Wrestling video game doesn't mean the two sides have worked out their differences. Both sides are still in the midst of Warrior's lawsuit against WWE over his portrayal in WWE's 2005 Warrior DVD. The likely reason that Warrior got into the game is that he probably reached a settlement with THQ, the maker of the game, over his lawsuit against them where he claimed that the company used his likeness, moves, and trade marks in their past "Create-A-Wrestler" features in games.
