WWE Superstar Ken Kennedy is roughly one month away from making a full in-ring return to World Wrestling Entertainment. This would put him in a possible match during February's "No Way Out" PPV, or at least be involved in some sort of build up towards Wrestlemania 25.
Kennedy says in a interview that he is still recovering from an injury he sustained in August that sidelined him for nearly 5 months and a recent visit to the doctor has him very optimistic about his return.
Kennedy also said the most difficult thing about recovering is getting back into ring shape as he does not like cardio work outs. He faces tough challenges as both his wife and personal trainer are working with him to get him prepared for his return to the ring.
