A rocket fired by Palestinian militants from Gaza has exploded in southern Israel, but there has been no casualties or damage reported.
It is the third rocket attack since ceasefires on 18 January brought an end to Israel's three-week onslaught against Hamas-ruled Gaza which left more than 1,330 Palestinians dead.
The rocket was fired from the north of Gaza and landed in a field near the city of Ashkelon.
