A Londonderry man has pleaded guilty to causing five deaths by dangerous driving in County Donegal in October 2005.
Brendan Henderson, 50, of Seven Oaks in the city's Waterside, initially pleaded not guilty to the charges last year.
Five young people died in the two-car crash at Quigley's Point.
They were Darren Quinn, 21, Gavin Duffy, 21, Charlene O'Connor, 21, Rachelle Peoples, 22, from Buncrana, and David Steele, 23, from Muff.
Mr Henderson - who was the sole survivor of the crash - has been left in a wheelchair as a result of his injuries.
He is to be sentenced next month.
