Honestly, I don't believe that is the case but right now on the company website, WWE has the following listed under their appearance section (http://www.wwe.com/schedules/appearances/):
"Saturday, March 28 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Merchants Square Outlet Mall, Allentown, PA
This unbelievable event will feature numerous hardcore legends including Tommy Dreamer, Joey Styles, Raven, Sandman, Balls Mahoney, and many more."
Given that Raven recently sued the company and had his case kicked out of court largely due to the fact that he hadn't been an employee for years, there is no way I could see that they would hire him back, giving him cause as a current employee to file another suit. Also, I have heard nothing about Sandman coming back to World Wrestling Entertainment.
This appears to be a mistake by the web writers and if it is taken down shortly, that answers the question.
