BRIT actress NATASHA RICHARDSON is fighting for her life after suffering a serious head injury while skiing in Canada.
The 45-year-old star, who is married to Irish actor LIAM NEESON, is under constant supervision from medics after suffering a "traumatic brain injury".
Neeson has rushed to his wife's bedside from Toronto where he had been fliming his forthcoming movie, Chloe.
A spokesperson said: “Liam Neeson left the Toronto set immediately to fly to Montreal upon news of his wife’s accident. We do not have any details at this time but we hope for the best and our thoughts and prayers are with Natasha and Liam and their family.”
Richardson was involved in an accident on the slopes on Monday and was taken to Montreal's Centre Hospitalier Laurentien.
She was later transferred to another medical facility, according to reports in the US.
Richardson is the daughter of actress VANESSA REDGRAVE and the late director TONY RICHARDSON.
The star's uncle, Corin Redgrave, brother of her mother Vanessa, said: "I have heard this morning from a family representative about Natasha's accident and am very saddened.
"We are very much thinking of Natasha, Vanessa and (sister) JOELY, and are sending them our love."
