Last night's edition of Monday Night Raw drew a 3.6 cable rating, down from last week's 3.7 number. The show did hours of 3.56 and 3.67. This continues a declining trend as the show drew a 3.8 rating for the 3/2 show, and 4.1 ratings for the 2/16 & 2/23 shows.
