Eric Bana's directorial debut Love The Beast has become the second-highest debut for a domestic documentary in Australia.
The motor-mad Hulk star showcases his love of fast cars in the new film, which features guest appearances by U.S. talk show host Jay Leno, British Top Gear TV presenter Jeremy Clarkson and American TV's Dr. Phil McGraw.
And Bana has scored big at the box office Down Under, with the movie raking in a total of AUS$353,810 (£167,955) in its first week of release, reports Daily Variety.
Bra Boys, a 2007 film, holds the record for the biggest opening for a documentary in Oz, grossing AUS$389,040 (£184,680)
