Despite being announced over two years ago, Pussycat Dolls singer Nicole Scherzinger has said that she still does not have a release date for her solo album.
Speaking to Billboard.com about the record, she said: "I think it'll just come out when it wants to come out, on its own. I'm still working on my album, and I'm very excited.
"I'm a relentless perfectionist. I get one chance to put out a first [solo] album, so when the right time comes I will put it out."
Following the Pussycat Dolls' success with their cover of the song 'Jai Ho!' from the film 'Slumdog Millionaire', Scherzinger said that she was now "embarking on a lot of new territory and trying different directions" with her solo work.
