WWE wrestler Finlay says he'll continue wrestling as long as his body is functioning. He says his Irish work ethic keeps him going in the ring despite being almost 50 years old.
"Every morning I get up I have aches and pains but that’s all part of the job," Finlay told the Belfast Telegraph to promote the current U.K. tour. "I’m going to wrestle until my bones turn to powder... I may be turning 50 next year but my |enthusiasm is as strong as it has ever been."
During the ESPN.com feature on WWE that aired last week, Finlay was shown sitting in production meetings as one of the agents/producers. Finlay says he doesn't have creative input, though.
"I don’t have any say or input in the storylines, nor do I want to," Finlay said. "I leave that up to the creative team at WWE."
